REVOLUTION
IN THE .BE TLD
On
the 11th of December, DNS Belgium introduced a new,
automatic procedure for the registrations under the Top Level
Domain
.be : The naming rules changed thoroughly, and starting from that
date onwards, all citizens and companies all over te world could
register their domain name under the .be TLD. The procedure is
simple, fast and reliable and caused a real evolution in cyberspace.
The number of registrations is still snowballing. In the time span
of more or less a
month
100.000 domain names .be have been registered. This prooves that the
Internet sector is evolving fast and is in continuous growth, also
in Belgium. Many companies do not want to lag behind and want, just
like their concurrrents, be present and take part in the e-commerce
sector. But of course, the internet is not a purely
commercial medium, also individuals
are more and more Interested in
registring their domain name. So why don’t you
too jump
on the
bandwagon ?
